RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Carole Anderson be appointed to said
board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Susan Carter be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Carole Anderson to said board,
with her term to expire January 14, 2003, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Susan Carter to said board, with
her term to expire January 14, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Carole Anderson be, and hereby is, appointed to the North
Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees, with her term to expire January 14, 2003.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Susan Carter be, and hereby is, reappointed to the North Colorado Medical
Center Board of Trustees, with her term to expire January 14, 2003.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of January, A.D., 2000.
