Attachment to Warranty Deed dated July 17, 1985, between
Paul A. Segovac And Kerstin S. B. Begovac as Grantors and
Larry J. Zimmerman and Caroline M. Zimmerman as Grantees
Grantor for themselves, their successors and assigns, hereby agree
that so lour; as the Grantees or their assignees operate a hog farm
on the subject property, grantor will not alter the lagoons or destroy
them.
Grantee shall have the right to the use of existing 2 lagoons for
their hog operation, so long as hog operation is in operation.
Grantee shall have an easement to enter and clean and flush lagoons
from time to time, preferably in fall of year when crops are harvested,
relieving Grantor of any ❑nd all liability arising from said use of
lagoons.
Gran.tca .:hall nave right of easement to enter east and west existing
roadways for irrigation and farming purposes when necessary and have
access to concrete irrigation ditches bordering said property for
farming purposes, etc.
Grantee shall have access rights to use irrigation pipe on southwest
corner of said parcel for necessary irrigation purposses, and have
access to road way along West line to southern portion of farmland to
open irrigation lines, when necessary.
