Dear Sir:
I am writing to register a complaint of specifically poor performance by Public Service Company of
Colorado(PSCo)and equally poor customer relations. Prior to May 24, 2000 I called PSCo to report a
Street Lamp outage at 541 Trailwood Circle, Windsor, CO 80550. I was told that the Lamp would be
replaced/repaired in 7-10 working days. I called two more times in June and requested that PSCo notify me
when the Lamp was to be serviced. I also informed PSCo during one of those trouble calls that some
elderly people lived in the near vicinity of this Lamp, and that Safety and Security issues enlarged the need
for service. On June 26, 2000, the Treasurer of our Association, Bill Likely, also phoned PSCo in an
attempt to obtain service on this Lamp.
To date, July 7, 2000, there has been no response to our trouble calls and no service performed by PSCo.
Clearly, such miserable service is unacceptable, and surely it is not condoned by the Town of Windsor,
Weld County,the State of Colorado, or the managers of PSCo.
