RE : RE-APPOINTMENT OF JIM ROBENSTEIN AND PAUL LUNDQUIST
TO THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, two vacancies currently exist on the Uniform
Building Code Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jim Robenstein and
Paul Lundquist be re-appointed to said Board for terms to
expire December 31, 1984 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to
re-appoint Jim Robenstein and Paul Lundquist to the Uniform
Building Code Board of Appeals .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Jim Robenstein
and Paul Lundquist be, and hereby are, re-appointed to the
Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals for terms to expire
December 31, 1984.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st
day of December, A. D. , 1981.
