A public hearing was conducted on October 4, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

Commissioner Glenn Vaad

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 18, 2000, and duly published
September 21, 2000, in the South Weld Sun, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of HS Gathering, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit #1280 for an Oil and Gas Support and Service Facility (natural gas compressor site and
associated pipelines) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made
this a matter of record. Sheri Lockman, Department of Planning Services, stated her comments
regarding this matter were presented in conjunction with the presentation for Site Specific
Development Plan and Amended Use by Special Review Permit #1067, and she has no further
comments.
Jim Wason represented the applicant and stated his comments regarding this matter were
previously submitted in conjunction with Site Specific Development Plan and Amended Use by
Special Review Permit #1067. In response to Chair Kirkmeyer, Mr. Wason stated he and the
applicant have reviewed and agree with the Conditions of Approval and Development Standards.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Baxter moved to approve the request of HS Gathering, LLC, for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1280 for an Oil and Gas Support and
Service Facility(natural gas compressor site and associated pipelines)in the A(Agricultural)Zone
District, based on the recommendations of the Planning staff and the Planning Commission, with
the Conditions of Approval and Development Standards as entered into the record. The motion
was seconded by Commissioner Geile, and it carried unanimously.
