RE: RECONSIDERATION OF RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 471 - MR. AND MRS .
RONALD KRUGER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on January 14 , 1981, the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado held a public meeting for the
purpose of considering the application of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald
Kruger for Recorded Exemption No. 471, at which time said Re-
corded Exemption was denied, and
WHEREAS, at said meeting, the Board of County Commissioners,
after a motion and second, decided to reconsider the application
of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Kruger for a Recorded Exemption, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to table action on said Recorded
Exemption for three (3) weeks (February 4 , 1981) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the application of Mr.
and Mrs. Ronald Kruger for Recorded Exemption No. 471 shall be
reconsidered, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that action on said Recorded Exemption shall be tabled for three
weeks (February 4, 1981) .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
January, A.D. , 1981.
