Dear Mr. Ogle:
In response to your letter of July 25th regarding a request for a
gravel mining operation in Weld County; your Case Number AmUSE:-227
I wish to advise that I inspected the land described as i art: of the
NE4 SE4 and SE4 NE4 of Section 31, Twp. 6 bicrth, Range 6in F o° it'i
t appeared to re that both tracts are al heady in e ' eovil,v cited
area along with concrete mixing plants and a future asphalt plant and
also a bit farther than 500 feet from the Tollgate Farms, Inc 75 Acre
farm which is most of the W2 of 5W4 Sec. 29, Twp. 6 N. R6 cost of it's' f . _.
Site . -.
I have no -+b;ectio, to this .:evelopmen; (the traffic is ril re, • - the -,• .
What we would dislike a-'full: would be a gravel operatic : in any
part of the SE4 of Sec. 30, T( ,R66W which would be directly wwest trrec
the road from the Tollgate farming property both properties being good
farm land and 0" rod appearance. rye have: not received cry n-+ire tha"
made gravel miningoperation in this
a request as been for a SE4 on- 03 ,
but our "arm operator advises this is the c .se. I do hope -cm advi ,
us that this is not the case but if so, we wish to voice our el 'er -rat
sincerely.
Very rule ''ours
