RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES, ON BEHALF
OF BEEBE DRAW FARMS, SECOND FILING, C/O JIM FELL, REI, LLC TO PRE-
ADVERTISE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN, S #525
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the Department of Planning
Services, on behalf of Beebe Draw Farms, Second Filing, c/o Jim Fell, REI, LLC, 1490 West
17th Place, Lakewood, Colorado 80219, for pre-advertisement of an application for a Planned
Unit Development Final Plan, S #525, and
WHEREAS, said property is described as Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, and 17,
Township 3 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request,
with the hearing date to be set as September 13, 2000, at 10:00 a m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the request from the Department of Planning Services, on behalf
of Beebe Draw Farms, Second Filing, c/o Jim Fell, REI, LLC, for pre-advertisement of an
application for Planned Unit Development Final Plan, S #525, be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date to consider said
request be, and hereby is, set as September 13, 2000, at 10:00 a.m.

Subject: Pre-Advertisement for S-525, Beebe Draw
Date: 8/17/00
On behalf of the applicant Jim Fell, the Department of Planning Services is requesting a pre-
advertising for case S-525, a Final Plat for Beebe Draw Farms, 2n' Filing. This case will be heard
by the Weld County Planning Commission on September 5, 2000, at 1:30 p.m. The Department
of Planning Services is requesting the September 13th hearing date if approved by the Board.
Pre-advertisement for this will be published in the South Weld Sun and signs will be posted for both
hearings per the requirements.
