Box 758 Greeley, CO 80632 NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED BARB ANNEXATION AND ZONING PUBLIC HEARINGS Gentlemen : Please be advised that the Public Hearing regarding Barb annexation and zoning, which was originally set for January 18, 2000 has been rescheduled as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING DATE: February 15, 2000 (Tuesday) TIME: 7:00 pm PLACE: Board Room, Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook Street (lower east entrance) The property, which consists of approximately 320 acres, is located from Commander Drive north for one mile, and is approximately one half mile east to west, or, the east half of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th PM. The property is currently under contract to Simeon BARB, Ltd. Requested zoning is Planned Development (PD). This letter is your notice of the above referenced public hearings. We are sending you this notice as an adjacent property owner or referral agency of the Town. Copies of the application and support material for this annexation and zoning are on file and available for public inspection in the Community Development Office at the Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook, Erie, Colorado. Public comment is welcome during the public hearings, or you may send written comment to the Community Development Department, Erie Town Hall, Box 750, Erie, CO 80516.
