Home My WebLink About830303.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGES CONTAINING NOT MORE THAN 3 . 2% OF ALCOHOL BY WEIGHT, FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE PREMISES ONLY, ISSUED TO MUSKET CORPORATION, D/B/A LOVE ' S COUNTRY STORES - EXPIRES NOVEMBER 6 , 1984 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Musket Corporation, dba Love ' s Country Stores , 3851 Highway 119 , I-25 and State Highway 119 , Longmont, Colorado 80501 , has presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado an application for a County Retail License for the sale of fermented malt beverages , containing not more than 3 . 2% of alcohol by weight for consumption off the premises only, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Weld County Ordinance No. 6 , Section II . , C. , the applicant has paid to the County of Weld the sum of $7 . 50 for said license, and WHEREAS , said applicant has paid to the State Department of Revenue, the sum of $67 . 50 , pursuant to Section 12-46-117 (5) , CRS 1973 , as amended, of which sum $42 . 50 is to be credited to the Old Age Pension Fund, pursuant to the renuirements of Section 12-46-110 , CRS 1973 , as amended, and said applicnat has produced a State Retail License for the sale of 3 . 2% fermented malt bever- ages for consumption off the premises only, outside the corporate limits of any town or city in the County of Weld at the location described as follows: 3851 Highway 119 , 1-25 & State Highway 119 Longmont, Weld County, Colorado NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, having examined said appli- cation the other qualifications of the applicant, does hereby grant License No. 83-27 to said applicant to sell 3 . 2% fermented 83J303 Page 2 RE: 3 . 2% BEER LICENSE - MUSKET CORP. , dba LOVE ' S COUNTRY STORE malt beverages for consumption off the premises only, only at retail at said location, and does hereby authorize and direct the issuance of said license by the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, attested to by the County Clerk and Recorder of Weld County, Colorado, which license shall be in effect from the 7th day of November, 1983 , to the 6th day of November, 1984 , providing that said place where the licensee is authorized to sell the 3 . 2% fermented malt bev- erages , for consumption off the premises only, shall be conducted in strict conformity to all the laws of the State of Colorado and the rules and regulations relating thereto, heretofore passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and any violation thereof shall be cause for revocation of the license. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on thel4th day of September, A.D. , 1983 .
