RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE#541 FROM THE A
(AGRICULTURAL)ZONE DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)
ZONE DISTRICT FOR SEVEN (7) LOTS WITH E (ESTATE) ZONE USES -JOHN AND
CHARLOTTE CARLSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented an application for a Change of Zone from
the A(Agricultural)Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District for
Seven (7) Lots with E (Estate) Zone uses for John and Charlotte Carlson, Go Tom Honn, 1601
Quail Hollow Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 15th day of November, 2000, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow John and Charlotte
Carlson adequate time to submit an amended and application, and for County staff, referral
agencies and the Planning Commission to review said amended application.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
March 14, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. to set a hearing date to consider said amended application.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of November, A.D., 2000.
