Review Permit #1067 for an Oil and Gas Support and Service Facility (land treatment) in lb
A (Agricultural)Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of reccro Chi r
Kirkmeyer advised Jirr Wason, applicant's representative,that he has the option of conti ',uutg to s
matter to a date when the full board will be present. However, if he decides to proceec today t
will require three affirmative votes, or in the case of a tie vote, Commissioner Hall will listen to
record and make the determining vote. Mr. Wason indicated he would like to proceed Ucla y N u t
the hearings for Amended Use by Special Review Permit#1067 and Use by Special Review Per t
#1280. Sheri Lockman, Department of Planning Services, presented a brief summary of -33
proposal and entered the favorable recommendation of the Planring Commission into t"ie :ear i
as written. Ms. Lockman stated under this application, the applicant proposes to amend 40 no e s
out of the existing Use by Special Review Permit#1067 which is for an Oil and Gas Su ?pc rt a f
Service Facility for land treatment She stated the 40-acre area t as not been utilized by the le
treatment facility Ms. Lockman stated the applicant will sell the 40-acre parcel to HS Gaff erii'�.,
LLC, which has applied for Use by Special Review Permit #1230 for an Oil and Ga_, S tppc t
Service Facility for a natural gas compressor site and its associated pipelines. She gave; a bi :f
description of surrounding Jses, as well as the location of the site and the associated oioel;n
Ms. Lockman stated eight referral agencies reviewec the applica on materials for Ame bed L
by Special Review #1067; five responded favorably or submitted conditions, and three r id i t

six responded favorably or submitted conditions, two did not respond, and she has received )
comments from surrounding property owners Ms. Lockman stated the applicant is prop os ,

Mr. Wason displayed an overhead transparency showing the 160 :acres owned by HS RE,so uce:i ,

compressor site. Mr. Wason also displayed an overhead showing the location of pipelinpc, 'or lb e
compressor site. In response to Commissioner Vaad, Mr. Wason stated the orientation of lb
compressor site has changed: however, it will still be located on the 40-acre parcel. Respc-ndn 1

No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. In response to Chair Kirkmever IA
Wason stated he and the applicant have reviewed and agree with the Conditions of Approval en 1
