THIS AGREEMENT, made this 11th day of September, 2000, by and between THE B0( RD
OF WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, and
doing business as
Thompson Valley Sealcoat Company, Inc.
hereinafter called "Contractor" .
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration off the payments and ayseeme, ts
hereinafter mentioned :
1. The Contractor will commence and complete the phased crnr tric tion of
2000 SEAL COAT PROJECT
2 . The Contractor shall furnish al] material, supplies, too s,
equipment, labor and other services necessary for the construe- ion nd
completion of the project described herein.
3 . The Contractor shall commence the work required by tae ( ontr ct
Documents in accordance with the date stated in the Spec ia.. Co,,dit i ns
and shall complete the work within the time stated in the Spec . al.
Conditions unless the period. for completion is extended cthe, wise by
the Contract Documents .
4 . The Contractor agrees to perform all of the work described in the
Contract Documents and comply with the terms of herein for the sum '. f :
Thirty Thousand, Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and 32/100
($30,328.32) for the project:

5 . The term "Contract Documents" means and includes the following:
(A) Advertisement for Bids
(B) Information for Bidders
(C) Non-Collusion Statement
(D) 13:d
(E) Bid Schedule
(F) Bid Bond
(G) W9 Tax Form
(H) Notice of Award
(I) Acceptance of Notice
(J) Agreement
(K) Performance Bond
(L) Payment Bond
(14) insurance Requirement3
(N) Notice to Proceed
(O) Change Order
(P) Notice of Contractor' s Settlement
(Q) Final Receipt and Guarantee
(R) Drawings prepared by Weld County Engineering
Department, numbered
(S) Specifications prepared or issued by

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed, or caused to
be executed by their duly authorized officials, this Agreement, each of which
shall be deemed an original on the date first written above.
