I, Mary M. Tigges, both individually and as a member of Tiggcs Oil Company, LLC,
have reviewed the proposed plan for Ilall-Irwin's gravel operations on our property, 12406 WCR
64%2, also known as:
Lot One (1) of the Southwest Quarter(SW ''A)of Section Thirty (30), Township
Six (6) North, Range Sixty-six (66), West of the 6t', P.M., Weld County,
Colorado.
Having reviewed the plan, I believe that our oil and gas activities on the above-described
property have been adequately incorporated into the design of the Hall-Irwin operations site on
the above-described property and have no objection to such operations.

Planning staff recommends the following amendments to the conditions of approval for
AMUSR-1125:
1) ITEM 2C (PAGE 6). Add "Evidence of Windsor-Severance Fire District approval shall
be submitted to the Department of Planning Services."
ADD FOLLOWING TO PRIOR TO CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (PAGE 7):
K. The Applicant Shall Apply For And Receive A Building Permit For The Identification
Sign adjacent to 83" Avenue.
L. The Words "Landscape Materials" and "Wholesale • Retail" Shall Be Removed From
the Identification Sign adjacent to 83"I Avenue.
