Subject: Brand Name Change/ Legal Notice Update
Dear Sir or Madam:
In order to capture the full array of products offered by AT&T cable systems, we will be transitioning to a
new brand name beginning September 1, 2000. AT&T Broadband will take the place of the current
market brand, AT&T Cable Services. As you know, this does not affect the legal name or ownership of
your current cable franchisee—we are simply changing the name under which we market our services in
your community.
Also, to ensure that you have the most current information on file, please note the following mailing
addresses for all notifications and responses regarding our cable franchise agreement:
