RE: Annexation of Mad Russian Golf Course and Subdivision of the same.
A Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 12,
2000 at 10:00 p.m., in the boardroom of the Milliken Community Complex. The purpose
of this meeting will be to discuss the proposed re-plat of this parcel. This parcel is
located on the west-side of Highway 257 and Mad Russian Boulevard.
Your attendance would be greatly appreciated, so that common interests and concerns
could be addressed and resolved efficiently and effectively.

THE VILLAGE AT MAD RUSSIAN
DESIGN INTENT:
This project will add approximately 40 acres to the existing Mad Russian Golf Course. This will
allow the course to he re routed and leave approximately 10 acres available for a small retail
village and approximately 200 residential units. This will add diversity to the housing mix in this
part of the community and provide neighborhood commercial opportunities within walking
distance of the residents in the surrounding neighborhood.
The project will include annexation of the portion of the golf course not currently within the
Town of Milliken and development of a mixed use village adjacent to the existing club house
and pro shop. We anticipate that the project will be served:
SERVICES
Water and sanitary sewer by the Town of Milliken,
Electricity by Poudre Valley REA, and
Gas by Public Service
