COMMENTS:
In response to your letter dated 2. 15.00, the following answer your questions:
1 . Due to the fact that this Recorded Exemption was heard by the County Commissioners,
any change shall be heard by them. Staff does not have the authority to change a decision
voted upon by the County Commissioners.
2. An amended Recorded Exemption is required.
3. An amended Recorded Exemption (not heard by the Board of County Commissioners)
takes approximately 45 - 60 days to complete upon application submittal. This amendment
may take an additional 30 days.
4. The fee for an amended Recorded Exemption is $ 180.00.

additional weeks.
P.S.: A "Flag Lot" is discussed in Section 10.5. 10 of the Weld County Subdivision Ordinance: "A flag lot
configuration shall be avoided when possible."
