We find that with interest rates so high we cannot afford monthly payments and also meet other nec- cessaties in living. We have found a mobile home at a reasonable cost and feel the mortgage payments and all other monthly obligations can be met. The home will be on a solid masonry foundation which will make it a permanent home. It is an attractive home. With the land- scaping and other improvements that we intend to do will make it and the area more attractive. Thankyou for your consideration in allowing me to install this home in the area proposed. . Respe tfully ours, Max J. Martinez .. . r 1CLC-.- t3 !
