COMMENTS:
The subject site contains no improvements. The center of the lot contains a pile
of trash and waste lumber scraps. The access to the subject site is from Dunmeyer
Street, which is a paved road. There is a high pressure gas line running through
the property. The setback from Dunmeyer Street should be twenty (20) feet from
the end of the right-of-way which appears to be the power line poles. The power
line poles indicate the end of the right-of-way.

Department of Planning Services:
REQUEST TO LOCATE A MOBILE HOME:
To install an affordable home. . . We find that with interest rates
so high we cannot afford monthly payments and also meet other nec-
cessaties in living.
We have found a mobile home at a reasonable cost and feel the
mortgage payments and all other monthly obligations can be met.
The home will be on a solid masonry foundation which will make
it a permanent home. It is an attractive home. With the land-
scaping and other improvements that we intend to do will make it
and the area more attractive.
Thankyou for your consideration in allowing me to install this
home in the area proposed.
. Respe tfully ours,
Max J. Martinez
