RE: APPROVAL TO EXTEND PERIOD OF TIME FOR JOHNSTOWN BREEZE AS
LEGAL NEWSPAPER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the proceedings of the Board of County Commissioners '
reflect that the bid for legal advertising was approved on April
22, 1981, and
WHEREAS, on April 22, 1981, the Board did select and approve
the Johnstown Breeze as the legal newspaper, with said contract
to be from April 1, 1981 to March 31, 1982, and
WHEREAS , it was deemed advisable by the Board of County Com-
missioners to extend the contract of the Johnstown Breeze as the
legal newspaper for Weld County from March 31, 1981, to May 1,
1982, in accordance with the bid contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the contract of the
Johnstown Breeze as the legal newspaper for Weld County be, and
hereby is, extended from March 31, 1982, to May 1, 1982.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
May, A.D. , 1982, nunc pro tunc April 22, 1981.
