RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Fred Walker be reappointed to said board
as the District 2 representative; Mike Miller be reappointed as the District 3 representative; and
Cathy Clamp be reappointed as an At-Large representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Fred Walker, Mike Miller, and
Cathy Clamp to said board, with their terms to expire July 31, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Fred Walker, Mike Miller, and Cathy Clamp be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Weld County Planning Commission, with their terms to expire July 31, 2003
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 28th day of June, A.D., 2000.
