We have several minor comments, which follow. 1. The airport owner should he encouraged to acquire all of the R/W 27 RPZ in fee sunp e 2. Publicly owned recreation areas near the airport, especially along the Cache La l'oudre River, should be developed in locations where they will not interfere with airport development occasioned due to changes in aeronautical activity. This is a concern jl Section 303 of the DOT Act. 3. The Runway 34 RFZ's should be labeled existing since the R/W has been commissioned. 4. The outer dimension of the R/W 27 RPZ should be 1010' wide, not 1000' wide. 5. Thanks for showing the note about the Zoning Overlay District Disclosure requirement so prominently. Thanks for the opportunity to provide comment. Sincerely, J- es M. Fels, P.E.
