HomeMy WebLinkAbout830692.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 716 - FRANCISCO AND BETTY GALLEGOS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 30th day of March, 1983 , considered the request of Francisco and Betty Gallegos for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Part of Lots 16 and 17, Block 6 in the East Side Addition, East of the Town of Eaton WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the applicants applying for and receiving a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Francisco and Betty Gallegos for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition above listed. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of March, A.D. , 1983 .
