RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 716 - FRANCISCO AND BETTY
GALLEGOS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 30th day of March, 1983 , considered the request
of Francisco and Betty Gallegos for a mobile home to be used as
a principal dwelling on a parcel of land, which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described
as follows:
Part of Lots 16 and 17, Block 6 in the East
Side Addition, East of the Town of Eaton
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the applicants applying for and receiving a building permit
for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of
approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Francisco
and Betty Gallegos for permission to place a mobile home to be
used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of
land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject
to the condition above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
March, A.D. , 1983 .

Location: East of the Town of Eaton, adjacent to the city limits on Fifth Street
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services staff has not received any objections
to this request.
The Department of Planning Services staff's recommendation for
approval is conditional upon the applicant applying for and receiving
a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners.

COMMENTS:
The property has access to Fifth Street, is square in shape, and is presently

by the Great Western Railroad tracks. One residence is located to the west of
the property while three to four residences are to the east. A chuch, two vacant
lots, and several residences are located immediately south of the railroad tracks.
An industrial park storage area is situated to the southwest. Croplands are found
north of the site.
