that I will present at the April 12, 2000 hearing regarding
the over-evaluation of the property at L6 Mulligan Lake
Estates, 217 Mulligan Lake Drive, Mead, CO, 80542.

This tax notice prompted me to question the significant drop in
taxes due in 99/00 vs. the 98/99 taxes due notice.

This document was provided by the Weld County Assessor's
office and indicates that the property referenced above was
over-evaluated.

This is to advise you that the Weld County Board of Commissioners will hear your petition for
abatement or refund of taxes on the property described as: L6 Mulligan Lake Estates, %217
Mulligan Lake Dr% Mead, CO 80542. The meeting is scheduled for April 12, 2000, at 9:00 a.m.,
at which time you may be heard. You are required to submit any supporting documentation
regarding this petition to the Office of the Clerk to the Board and to the Weld County Assessor's
Office at least seven calendar days prior to the meeting date in order for it to be considered at said
meeting. The Assessor is recommending that the Board approve your petition.
The meeting will be held in the First Floor Meeting Room, Weld County Centennial Center, 915
