1. Update of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance.
Deletion of section 30.1.13.1.2,which refers to agricultural buildings that are
exempt from building permits:
"The type of construction used must be the type that,would not normally
require engineering. For example, a structural steel building would not be
considered exempt from the permitting requirements of this Code."
