RE: APPROVE DEED OF DEDICATION AND AUTHORIZE COMMISSIONER DALE K.
HALL TO SIGN - DEAN AND SUSAN EDMUNDSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Deed of Dedication between the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Dean and Susan Edmundson,
11651 Weld County Road 62, Greeley, Colorado 80631, with terms and conditions being as
stated in said deed, for property located in part of the south half of Section 36, Township 6
North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said deed, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Deed of Dedication between the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the
Department of Public Works, and Dean and Susan Edmundson be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said deed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D., 2000, nunc pro tunc December 30, 1999.

DEED OF DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Dean P. Edmundson and Susan
Edmundson, whose address is 11651 WCR 62, Greeley, Colorado 80631, being the owners of
certain property in Weld County, Colorado, described and shown in Exhibit "A,"which is attached
hereto and incorporated by this reference, do hereby dedicate forever said property as a public
right-of-way, for the purpose of conveyance by pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles; by police,
emergency, and maintenance motorized vehicles; and by mounted police, free and clear of all liens
and encumbrances and warrant title to the same, except for existing easements, including, without
limitation, the William R. Jones Ditch, Central Colorado Water Conservancy District easement,
City of Greeley utilities, K.N. Energy easement, and any utilities utiliteescurrentlly in place.

The County of Weld, a body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado, by and through
its Board of County Commissioners, hereby accepts the above dedication of property as a public
right-of-way, for the purpose of conveyance by pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles; by police,
emergency, and maintenance motorized vehicles; and by mounted police.
