Dear Mr. Scott:
I have reviewed the revised Traffic Impact Study for the Et.Lupton gravel mining facility and have the following cur iment

The traffic snidy will be accepted if the developers agree to the following modifications:
I. The acceleration and deceleration lanes on U. S. Highway 85 shall be improved to meet the requirement

2. Eastbound left turns will be prohibited on weekdays between the hours of 4 p.m. snd 6 p.m. to ruainta
the level of service on U. S. Highway 85.
