RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Communi-
cations Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following people
be appointed to said Communications Advisory Board:
Term to Expire
Utah Pepin December 31, 1982
(Engineering)
James Burns - reappointment December 31, 1983
(Evans Police Department)
Albert Dale Harvey - reappointment December 31, 1983
(La Salle Police Department)
Ernest D. Bower December 31, 1983
(Johnstown Police Department)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
the above mentioned people to the Communications Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Utah Pepin, James Burns,
Albert Dale Harvey and Ernest D. Bower be, and hereby are, appointed
to the Communications Advisory Board for terms to expire as stated
herein.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
February, A.D. , 1981 .
