The replat was approved late in 1998 but not in time to permit the assessor to designate separate parcel identifications for 1998 taxes. The tax statement received by Petitioners is for the entire Lot 1 (Parcel #095910228001). Petitioners never owned the entire lot and have been erroneously assessed taxes for more property than they held.
