Dear Commissioners:
Our records indicate that Weld County Road 390 crosses portions of the NE'/4 SE'/4 and S'/2SE'/4
of section 12,T. 11 N., R. 62 W., Sixth Principal Meridian, which the Bureau of Land
Management recently sold to Reinaldo, Marianne,Harold, Ellen, and Gene Gallegos. The
federal land patent is subject to the right-of-way for this road; however, you should negotiate any
future right-of-way modifications, amendments, or renewals with the new landowners. The
address for Reinaldo and Marianne Gallegos is 6731 Lowell Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80221.

WHEREAS
Reinaldo Eugene Gallegos, Marianne Gallegos, Harold Lyle Gallegos,
Ellen Prado Gallegos, and Gene Joseph Gallegos
are entitled to a Patent pursuant to Section 203 of the Act of October 21, 1976,
as amended (43 U.S.C. 1713) , for the following described land:
Sixth Principal Meridian, Colorado,
T. 11 N. , R. 62 W. ,
sec. 12, NE'/iSE'/4 and S'/2SE'/<,
containing 120 acres.
NOW KNOW YE, that there is, therefore, granted by the United States unto
Reinaldo Eugene Gallegos, Marianne Gallegos, Harold Lyle Gallegos, Ellen Prado
Gallegos, and Gene Joseph Gallegos, the land above described; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the said land with all the rights, privileges, immunities, and
appurtenances, of whatsoever nature, thereunto belonging, unto Reinaldo Eugene
Gallegos, Marianne Gallegos, Harold Lyle Gallegos, Ellen Prado Gallegos, and
Gene Joseph Gallegos, their heirs and assigns, forever; and
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING TO THE UNITED STATES:
1. A right-of-way thereon for ditches and canals constructed by the
authority of the United States. Act of August 30, 1890 (43 U.S.C.
945) .
2. All the mineral deposits in the land so patented pursuant to the Act of
October 21, 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1719) , including, without limitation,
substances subject to disposition under the general mining law, the
mineral leasing laws, the Materials Act, and the Geothermal Steam Act,
and to it, its permittees, licensees, lessees, and mining claimants,
the right to prospect for, mine and remove the minerals owned by the
United States under applicable law and such regulations as the
Secretary of the Interior may prescribe. This reservation includes
necessary access and exit rights and the right to conduct all necessary
and incidental activities including, without limitation, all drilling,
underground, open pit or surface mining operations, storage and
transportation facilities deemed reasonable necessary.
Unless otherwise provided by separate agreement with the surface owner,
mining claimants, permittees, licensees and lessees of the United
States shall reclaim disturbed areas to the extent prescribed by
regulations issued by the Secretary of the Interior.

All causes of action brought to enforce the rights of the surface owner
under the regulations above referred to shall be instituted against
mining claimants, permittees, licensees and lessees of the United
States; and the United States shall not be liable for the acts or
omissions of its mining claimants, permittees, licensees and lessees.
SUBJECT TO a right-of-way existing or of record for Weld County Road 390 .
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the undersigned authorized officer of the
Bureau of Land Management, in accordance with the provisions
of the Act of June 17, 1948 (62 Stat. 476), has, in the name of the
United States, caused these letters to be made Patent, and the Seal
of the Bureau to be hereunto affixed.
