RE: APPROVAL OF CONSERVATION TRUST FUND RECERTIFICATION AND
AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, by Resolution
dated October 18, 1982, created a Conservation Trust Fund for
the acquisition, development and maintenance of new conservation
sites, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented a recertification of
said Conservation Trust Fund, and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to approve said
recertification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that said Conservation
Trust Fund Recertification be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be,
and hereby is, authorized to sign same.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
December, A.D. , 1983.
