Due to publication requirements, the earliest date available would be February 23, 2000; however, a Probable Cause Hearing for SUP #454 for Howard Duckworth, as well as Change of Zone #533 for Shawn and Paula Petersburg, have already been scheduled for this date. I would recommend setting the hearing date for either March 1 or 8, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., which have no conflicting hearings scheduled, and the entire Board will be present. ►L13 DENVER CANADIAN, INC. This major change would require the case to be resubmitted and the entire process to be repeated. Mr. Ochsner sincerely would like the approval for the Change of Zone and wishes to proceed with the original application. At your earliest convenience, Mr. Ochsner would like to request a date for a Board of County Commissioners hearing. The processing time for this application has been a concern for all. An immediate date, if possible, would sincerely be welcomed. Your time and attention to this matter has always been greatly appreciated. Sincerely yours, Susan E.
