I am enclosing copies of the SMM stickers paid for through the Choice Lease program. The customer paid for the SMM renewals then submitted copies to JD( for reimbursement according to the guidelines for a Choice lease. We reimbursed the customer for SMM costs and also paid property taxes on the equipment,thereby doubling the amount of property taxes we paid for this equipment. I have checked on the serial number discrepancy. The system serial number of FF590DS002310 is correct. The SMM showed an incorrect serial number of CK590DS002310. Our computer system does not show this as a valid serial number. As this lease has been disposed,there has been no attempt to correct the serial number on the SMM.
