The Weld County Public Works Department has verified estimated quantities and unit costs for the widening of
the gravel road and relocation of the fence. Estimated construction costs appear to be adequate to complete
the project.
The applicant shall contact Weld County Public Works for a follow up inspection after the improvements have
been completed.
