NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, that the attached Coordinated Planning Agreement between the Weld County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of the Department of Planning Services, and the City of Fort Lupton be, and hereby is, approved.
