Home My WebLink About20000689 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE PERMIT APPLICATION AND REPORT OF CHANGES TO CHANGE,ALTER, OR MODIFY PREMISES FOR DEE ANN WOLFE, DBA FORT 21 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an application from Dee Ann Wolfe, dba Fort 21,for permission to change, alter or modify its premises, in connection with her Tavern Liquor License, for the sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, and WHEREAS, said request concerns the addition of a 31-foot by 40-foot patio and a 74-foot, 6-inch, by 53-foot open area for volleyball and horseshoe pits, to the premises located at 985 East 18th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the application from Dee Ann Wolfe, dba Fort 21,for permission to change alter, or modify the premises as hereinabove stated, be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be,and hereby is,authorized to sign said application.
