RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF THOMAS BAUR TO WELD-LARIMER LOAN REVIEW
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld-Larimer Loan Review Committee,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Thomas Baur be appointed to said board to
replace Ronald Wildeman, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Thomas Baur to said board, with
his term to expire December 31, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Thomas Baur be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld-Larimer
Loan Review Committee, with his term to expire December 31, 2003.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of December, A.D., 2000.
