RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 412 - MICHAEL J. STEPANICK
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on the 25th day
of November, 1981, considered the request of Michael J. Stepanick
for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land,
which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District,
more particularly described as follows :
Lot 6 , Block 31, Aristocrat Ranchettes , a
subdivision of Weld County lcoated in
Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that the request of Michael J. Stepanick
for permission to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling
on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is,
granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th
day of November, A.D. , 1981.

COMMENTS :
The mobile home exists on the site. The applicant is requesting approval in order
to reside on the subject site.
To date our office has not received any letters objecting to this request for a
mobile home principal dwelling.

facilitate matters in the future.
