When will you complete the total restoration of the property?
(Pursuant to Paragraph 13 of the Surface-Use-Agreement dated June 26,1997, certified
letter number Z-711298983, dated November 20, 1997, established the dates upon which
restoration of our lands would commence and be completed- Restoration of our lands
still has not been completed. As you are aware, the Eiberger 42-36 well was completed
and put into production on August 22, 1997- The Eiberger 32-36 well was completed and
put into production September 5, 1997. Restoration was to have commenced no later
than November 20, 1997 for the Eiberger 42-36 well and December 3, 1997 for the
Eibcrger 32-36 well. Total restoration on both well sites was to have been completed
within 30 days of these respective dates. Again, when will you complete the total
restoration?) Please forward a copy of any site maintenance and work that is to be
completed.
You have been aware that the oil and gas well has sprayed oil on the property. We still
have not received any information from you regarding the clean up- inclase uding forward

and all environmental clean up information regarding said property,
documents,which you sent to the State, and the environmental phase impact study and
how you intend to clean up the damage due to your spill.
Also, forward the insurance company information: policy number, report date, contact
person, and address and phone number.
When do you intend to correctly place the required road material on the property?
