Carol: I would appreciate your forwarding this to the Board.
Some time ago I suggested that the minutes of the 10 o'clock USR,
rezoning, IGA, ordinance amendments, etc hearings be put on the County
website. I understood this was going to be done but haven't seen it so
far.
I would also like to suggest that the minutes of the Weld County Council
meetings be put on the website. Thank you. John Folsom

I have forwarded your E-Mail to the Board, and offer the following.
You will now find the Hearing Certs for the two hearings held July 5 under the Section titled "Meetings and
Minutes,"with a link specified for Hearing Certifications for Land Use Hearings. The hearing held on the
12th will be posted within 1 or 2 days, and the one on the 19th should be ready to post next week.
Remember, we can only post after the Certs are fully approved and executed, which means they will be
posted 2 to 3 weeks after the hearing was held. If you have any questions, please let me know.
