Dear Chairman Hall:
This letter serves as notice of AT&T Cable Service's planned programming change of a
Pay-Per-View service currently carried only on the Digital Cable Service product. Pay-
Per-View programming is an optional service whereby customers may voluntarily order
movies or events individually at a set price. Effective August 1, 2000, we will replace
the Pay-Per-View service Hot Choice with Hot Network. This change only effects
customers that subscribe to our Digital Cable Service.
Customer notification of this change will be provided through the digital converter. The
notice will also include brief instructions regarding the parental control function on the
digital converter that allows customers to prevent certain channels or programming from
being viewed.
