RECEPTION 1870322 DATE 8 I TIME.//� tit MARY ANN FEUERSTEIN, Clerk and Recorder, Weld Countyolorado a-i RESOLUTION RE : APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 142 - EGMONT AND JUANDA VROOMAN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home o Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has reviewed the request of Egmont and Juanda Vrooman for an exemption from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as ` r - i amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Egmont and Juanda Vrooman are the owners of certain parcels of land located in part of the East Half of Section 32 , Township 4 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. The legal description of the resulting tract of land is as follows : LEGAL DESCRIPTION A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 4 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado being more particularly described as follows : Commencing at the Northeast corner of said section 32 and considering the East line of said Northeast Quarter to bear South 00°35 ' 00" East with all other bearings contained herein being relative thereto; Thence South 00°35 ' 00" East along said East line of the Northeast Quarter, 1289 . 81 feet to the true point of beginning. Thence continuing South 00°35 ' 00" East, 530. 00 feet; Thence South 89°25 ' 00" West, 412. 95 feet; Thence North 01°05 ' 20" West, 540. 92 feet; Thence South 89°05 ' 20" East, 417 . 86 feet to the true point of beginning.
