Appeals of Personal Property Tax Determinations for Year 2000 Dear Ms. DeVries: This letter will confirm a typographical error on the Petitions filed by Safeway Inc. As you noted in the Board's records, Safeway Inc. is petitioning for review of its year 2000 taxes, not year 1999, as stated in the petition. The petitions do reflect the assessed value for 2000, and the attachments are likewise for the year 2000. A chart of the Safeway petitions, including county and docket number, is attached for your convenience.
