RE: ESTABLISH CHANGE FUND FOR DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING INSPECTION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the Department of Building Inspection
that a Change Fund in the amount of$100.00 be established, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and the Comptrolle- have
recommended approval of said request, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it
advisable and in the best interests of Weld County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that a Change Fund in the amount of$100.00 be, and hereby is, established for
the Department of Building Inspection.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 11th day of September, A.D., 2000.

Subject: Change Fund for Ft. Lupton Office
Date: September 06,2000
The Building Inspection Department will be opening a new satellite office in Ft. Lupton
the 18th of September. Department staff will be issuing and accepting payment for
building, electrical and septic permits from that location. In order to serve the public we
are requesting a change fund in the amount of $100.00.
