RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS OF TO JUVENILE
COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kristin Ervin be appointed to said board as
the alternate to Tracy Powell, School District representative; that Rebecca Quick be appointed
to said board as a mental health representative, to replace Dan Dailey; that Joan Rhoads be
appointed to said board as a citizen representative, to replace Rebecca Quick; that Patty
Hughes be appointed to said board as a citizen representative alternate, to replace Joan
Rhoads; that Chris Vogt be appointed to said board as the law enforcement representative, to
replace Robert Knepel, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Patricia Orleans be reappointed to said
board as a mental health alternate; Patryce Engle be reappointed to said board as an alternate;
that Al Arriessecq be reappointed to said board as the Social Services representative with
Joyce Hause as his alternate; and that Gus Lind be reappointed to said board as the Juvenile
Services Planning Committee representative with Michael Guthrie as his alternate, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Kristin Ervin, to said board, with
her term to expire November 1, 2001, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Rebecca Quick, Joan Rhoads, and
Patty Hughes, and reappoint Patricia Orleans to said board, with their terms to expire
November 1, 2002, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Chris Vogt, and reappoint Patryce
Engle, Al Arriessecq, and Gus Lind to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Kristin Ervin be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, with her term to expire November 1, 2001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Rebecca Quick, Joan Rhoads, and Patty Hughes, be, and hereby are, appointed
to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Patricia Orleans, be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Juvenile Community
Review Board, with her term to expire November 1, 2002.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Chris Vogt, be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile Community Review
Board, with his term to expire November 1, 2003.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Patryce Engle, Al Arriessecq, and Gus Lind, be, and hereby are, reappointed to
the Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2003.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of November, A.D., 2000.
