RE: CORRECTION TO CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR RECORDED
EXEMPTION #2578 - BOYD MEYER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution #2000-0136, dated January 17, 2000, the Board of County
Commissioners, pursuant to its authority under Section 30-28-101(10)(d), C.R.S., did
conditionally approve the request of Boyd Meyer, 5413 East Harmony Road, Fort Collins,
Colorado 80525 for Recorded Exemption #2578, for property which is located in part of the east
half of Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to amend
Conditions of Approval #3.C and#3.F of said Resolution, as follows, to meet the intent of the
motion made by the Board at said hearing on January 17, 2000:
#3.C. "The applicant shall utilize the existing accesses to this
parcel from both State Highway 392 and Weld County
Road 66. No additional accesses shall be granted."
#3.F. "All approved accesses shall be shown clearly on the plat.
Access to Lots A and B may be from Weld County Road
66 by way of a joint access easement between Lots A and
B, which easement shall be shown clearly on the plat and
dedicated on the plat for the use as shown, utilizing the
language set forth in Section 11.7.1.12.5 of the Weld
County Subdivision Ordinance #173."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Conditions of Approval #3.C and #3.F be, and hereby are,
amended as stated above.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of March, A.D., 2000.
