RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ERIC WHITWOOD TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Eric Whitwood be appointed to said board
as the District 1 representative, to replace Clayton Gage, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Eric Whitwood to said board, with
his term to expire December 31, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Eric Whitwood be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Adjustment, with his term to expire December 31, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of May, A.D., 2000.
