1) We are looking to build a Home with an Auxiliary dwelling on the property along with an out building that
will be a for storage and my office for designing kitchens and bathroom cabinets on a computer. The
home will be lived in by myself, my wife and 1 child and the auxiliary dwelling will be for my in-laws
(John and Marcia Carmicheal).

4) The area that the property is located is a rural area. The majority of home owners have at least one out
building and 3- 35 acres. It is common to have homeowners running their office out of the house or out
building because of the rural setting. Numerous property owners also keep livestock and horses around
our property. Views from the property as follows. - South: Grazing cattle and horses, all open fields.
North: Open field with horses and Donkey's. with large out building. West: Single family house with out
building and buildings for horses. East: Open farming land as far as the eye can see.

b. 2 employee's. Both are at the office only part time. Most of the work they do is out in the field.
c. We are by appointment only. Likewise we plan to work normal hours during the day, rarely will
or do customers visit our office. If they do, it would be approx. 2 customers a week for 1/2 hour
each. Most of our work is done out in the field.
d. 2 structures will be built - 1 house with auxiliary dwelling and a steel out building.
e. We do not at present own any animals and do not plan on purchasing any.
f We have 4 cars for the residential house which will all have garage stalls. Also we own a Cube van
which we deliver cabinets at times. The van is approx. 20 feet long and 12 feet tall. Approximate.
1 time a week we will have a 40 foot semi trailer come to the property for about 1/2 hour to
unload.

h. We have Left Hand Water for the entire property as well as irrigation and a natural pond on the
property.
i. None existing, We have an engineered drawing for the proposed septic system. It is in line with all
existing codes.
j. Storage of kitchen cabinets.
6) It is our desire to plant numerous trees and bushes for privacy and visual appeal. We are bringing in
additional dirt for birming of an island and to texture the landscape with rolling mounds and birms.

9) Construction could start immediately and will last about a year to completion including the house and
landscape. We will be continuously landscaping the property for many years in order to mature the
property. At present there are no trees or bushes. The land is barren.
10) We do not plan to have stockpiling waste or excessive garbage. Our goal is to have a lot that presents itself
like an estate. Likewise all ability to keep the land presentable is desirous.
