Our records indicate that Equilon Enterprises LLC has Texaco and/or Shell locations within your
jurisdiction. Please change the mailing address for the handling of licenses to the following address as
Equiva Services LLC is handling the RENEWALS of all licenses for Equilon Enterprises LLC.

In addition to the request for an address change for license renewals for Equilon Enterprises LLC,we also
ask that when issuing licenses,the original license should be sent to us for handling,instead of directly to

All other permits and licenses for a CORO location must be handled by
the location itself. If you have a system that will only hold one address
for a business name, and this address change will only complicate
matters for you, please feel free to forward all mail to the new mailing
address and I can forward accordingly.

Weights and Measures Property Tax
Environmental Withholding Taxes
Utilities Sales Tax
Sales and Use Tax
