Subject: USR-655 & SUP-86 requirements
I have taken your proposals before planning staff regarding increasing pullets for for SUP-86 and the
buildings proposed for USR-655. Here is the staff determination in regards to your proposals:
SUP-86: A new special use permit would be required to increase the number of pullets as you have
proposed.
USR-655: Your new plans were compared to the USR-655 plat and it was determined that an amended
special use permit will be required for this proposal. Your proposed buildings are not located within the
USR-655 permit boundary and the boundary would need to be expanded to include these buildings.
Let me know if you have any questions. We have Special Use Permit applications in our office. Let me
know if you will have a representative stop by for these applications or if you would like us to mail them to
you.
