WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on the 4th
day of November, A.D. , 1981, considered the request of Robert
R. Anderson for a mobile home as a temporary residence in
addition to a principal dwelling for use during a medical
hardship on a parcel of land more particularly described
as follows:
Lot "B" , RE-202 , part of the SWa,
Section 34 , T6N , R67W of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the applicant and the recommendations of the Department of
Planning Services staff, finds that said request should be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that the request of Robert R. Anderson for
permission to place a mobile home ad a temporary residence
in addition to a principal dwelling for use during a medical
hardship on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby
is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th
day of November, A.D. , 1981.

Location 2 miles south of Windsor on Colorado Highway 257
The Department of Planning Services has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons :

Re: Mrs. Mary Anderson
Mrs. Mary Anderson is 93 years old lady who has been
under my care for the past six years. She had had CVA,
cerebrovascular accident (stroke) and she recovered
fairly well. Also she has hypertension and she has also
generalized osteoarthritis. The patient is planning
to move to Colorado and it is my advice that she lives
close to one of her relatives like her son. She needs
to be looked in on again because of her advanced age
and because of multiple medical problems she has.

Dear Mr. Allison:
We have received the above referenced proposal which would allow
medical hardship zoning for a mobile home. The proposed source of water
is a well There are currently three houses on this 73 acre property clus-
tered in a corner of the parcel. This letter is based on the assumption that
all three houses are served by the same well, that the well was in use prior
to May 1972 , and that the well is not registered in this office . We have
examined our records and have been unable to find that the well is register-
ed.
Based on the above assumptions, this office could issue an addition-
al household use only well permit to serve the proposed mobile home. Serv-
ing the mobile home with the existing well presents a problem. This office
could not authorize serving a fourth residence from this well on a permanent
basis since a fourth residence would no longer allow the well to be quali-
fied as exempt under CRS 37-92-602(1)(e) and a plan of augmentation would
be required by the Rules and Regulations of the state engineer.
We can recommend approval of this proposal if the development of an
additional household use only well is satisfactory to the applicant and pro-
vided the above assumptions are correct. Please let us know if you have any
questions.
